About NAERVIA

NAERVIA is one product. A NAD and collagen firming serum, 30 ml, seven ingredients. We are not planning a range.

It started with a shelf full of bottles and a label nobody can read. Most serums aimed at skin in its forties and fifties carry forty or sixty ingredients, and somewhere in that list is the fragrance, the dye or the essential oil that makes your skin tight and red by the second week. The longer the list, the more there is to react to, and the harder it is to know what actually helped.

What is actually in the bottle

Water, glycerin, 1,2-hexanediol, carbomer, arginine, nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide and collagen extract. That is the whole list, and you can look up every one of them.

Glycerin does the heavy lifting and we are happy to say so. It is the most studied moisturiser in skincare, with decades of controlled trials behind it. Arginine is an amino acid your skin already makes to hold onto water. Collagen extract holds water at the surface, where skin looks thin and drawn. Carbomer turns the water into a gel that stays where you put it. Hexanediol keeps the bottle clean for the month you are using it.

Three things we will not do

We will not tell you this treats anything. It is a cosmetic, not a medicine. Where we mention research, it is published research on individual ingredients, not on this finished product, and we say which. Anyone promising you more than that is worth walking away from.

We will not write our own reviews, and we will not buy them. No invented names, no paid five stars, no numbers we cannot show you the working for.

We will not pretend delivery is faster than it is. We ship direct from our production partner, which takes 12 to 25 days to Iceland, tracked and free. That is the trade that keeps the price where it is, and we would rather you knew now than found out on day fourteen.

Sixty days to make up your mind

Because delivery takes 12 to 25 days, a 30 day guarantee would have left you barely two weeks of actual use. Sixty days gives you a full month with the bottle in your hand after the parcel arrives. Use it morning and night, and if you are not glad you bought it, email us and we refund you in full.

Who you are actually emailing

We are small, and that is the point. Write to support@terotea.com and a person reads it and answers, usually within one business day. Ask us anything, including whether this is right for your skin at all.
