Shipping

Free tracked delivery on every order. Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days, and delivery takes 12 to 25 days from dispatch. We ship direct from our production partner rather than holding stock in a local warehouse, which is why it takes longer than a domestic order and why the price is what it is.

Customs and VAT

Orders shipping to Iceland may be subject to Icelandic VAT and a postal handling fee on arrival. Where these apply they are set by the Icelandic authorities, not by us. We do not mark parcels as gifts and we do not under-declare value.

Returns and refunds

60 days, money back. Use NAERVIA daily for 60 days and if you are not glad you bought it, email us and we refund you in full. We ask for 60 days rather than 30 because delivery takes 12 to 25 days, so this leaves you a full month of real use after the parcel arrives. See our Refund Policy for the detail.

Damaged or wrong item

Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery at support@terotea.com and we will replace it or refund you, your choice.

Changing or cancelling an order

Email us before your order is dispatched and we can usually still catch it. After dispatch we cannot reroute a parcel.

How do I use it?

Two drops on clean, dry skin, morning and night, before your moisturiser. Press it in with your fingertips rather than rubbing it around, and do not skip the jaw and neck. It is water based, so it goes on before anything heavier.

Will it suit sensitive skin?

There is no fragrance, no dye and no essential oil in it, which is where most reactions come from. It is still sensible to patch test on your inner arm for a day before putting anything new on your face.

Is NAERVIA a medicine?

No. NAERVIA is a cosmetic product for external use. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Avoid the eye area. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking prescription medication, or under medical care, speak to your doctor or pharmacist first. Keep out of reach of children.

What is in it?

Aqua, Glycerin, 1,2-Hexanediol, Carbomer, Arginine, Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide, Collagen Extract. Seven ingredients, no fragrance, no colour, no essential oils.
